I Want to Buy a Home Weather Station, Advice?
I have always been interested in the weather and want to purchase a home weather station. I was wondering if anyone could recommend one? I mainly want it for temperature, rain gauge, and wind speed. My price range is 0 and under and I want it to be as accurate as possible. Thanks so much in advance!
Also, I was looking at the weatherwise Pro one on ebay and I was wondering if anyone knows if this is good or not?

There are several good ones available for under two hundred. Have a look at Amazon or Overstock. Also take shipping costs into consideration.
One consideration only you can answer is installation. Some weather station sensors are hard wired. Others are wireless. In the interest of accuracy, you must have it properly installed. When measuring ambient temperature or wind speed, the equipment must be placed so as not to be improperly influenced by erroneous factors. Things like reflected heat or wind turbulence caused by structures or surface contours can make a big difference in accuracy.
You must determine where and how your station will be set up and calibrated if you want it to be as accurate as possible. Do your research and a site survey on your property. Make sure you will be able to position and mount it properly and access it to service it regularly. Read reviews such as the ones I linked below.
Make sure you consider lighting protection as well. Mounting a metal pipe on your roof with a wire running into your house can be hazardous if not protected.
Good luck!
